Key Responsibilities

• Direct complex, high-value projects to successful completion.
• Formulate project strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and resource planning.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and regulatory standards.
• Deliver high-level reporting and governance evaluations.
• Address critical project challenges and manage stakeholder relations.
• Adopt and promote project management best practices and ongoing improvements.
• Handle procurement and contract management tasks.
• Contribute to portfolio planning as needed.
• Provide mentorship to junior project managers and engineering staff.
• Manage project completion and client transitions effectively.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 12 years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership on major capital or infrastructure projects.
• PMP certification is highly recommended.
• Strong skills in commercial, contract, and risk management.
• Excellent ability to manage executive stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
