Role Overview
The Arab Lens is seeking skilled recruiters to manage hiring assignments spanning different sectors and seniority tiers within the MENA region. This position requires handling multiple client projects efficiently while delivering quality candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates for diverse roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
- Liaise effectively with clients and hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Present shortlisted candidates for client consideration.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable prior experience in recruitment, either agency-based or in-house.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Capable of self-managing workloads and adhering to project timelines.
