  • Work to meet or improve the target gross margin for the project.
  • Handle the Worley/client contract effectively, including responsibility for achieving the planned gross margin.
  • Track project progress continuously to spot risks and opportunities early and act before issues escalate.
  • Manage project interfaces effectively, including the use of High Value Engineering centres where relevant.
  • Translate the project plan into staffing and financial needs.
  • Oversee design, procurement, and construction work so that schedule targets are achieved.
  • Own the project schedule and remain accountable for its delivery.
  • Review key project reports on a regular basis and develop corrective actions when required.
  • Control and forecast all project costs, secure necessary approvals, identify trends, and respond to prevent overruns while capturing savings opportunities.
  • Provide strong leadership to the project team and shape a clear vision and plan for successful delivery.
  • Review procurement activities throughout the project to ensure purchased items match specifications, arrive on time, and stay within budget.
  • Oversee construction management to ensure the project is delivered safely and within the agreed cost and schedule targets.

Quality Assurance

  • Work in line with the organisation’s quality assurance systems and related procedures.
  • Partner with project managers and project engineers to ensure every project is set up and executed in accordance with the Worley Project Management Process and General Management System, using consistent work breakdown structures, methods, and reporting tools.
  • Follow through on the closure of identified risks and opportunities.

Health, Safety & Environment

  • Take responsibility for personal safety and safe working practices, and follow occupational health and safety procedures.
  • Promote awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards across the team.

  • Strong background in supervisory and/or project management positions, supported by technical expertise.
  • Hands-on offshore brownfield project experience is essential.
  • Experience in the Pre-FEED and FEED phases is mandatory.

  • Keep HSE priorities front and centre for the team to ensure OHSE requirements are met.
  • Demonstrate behaviours and business practices aligned with world-class health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Show active commitment to personal wellbeing, safe and healthy workplaces, and ongoing improvement in health, safety, and environmental results.
