Job description
Overview
This listing is for building a talent pool of senior digital project managers interested in future roles based in Saudi Arabia, specifically Riyadh. The company is proactively identifying highly skilled professionals ahead of anticipated expansion and growth within the Kingdom. There is currently no fixed start date or immediate vacancy, making this an opportunity for candidates to establish early connections and be prioritized once hiring commences.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading comprehensive digital transformation initiatives from beginning to end. This includes managing complex projects with multiple workstreams while instilling structure, momentum, and confidence within client engagements. Candidates should be capable of shaping localized delivery approaches and driving innovative solutions rather than relying solely on existing methodologies.
Candidate Profile
The opportunity targets two types of candidates: established senior digital project managers with past experience in large-scale digital deliveries wishing to contribute their expertise, and strong project or programme managers on the cusp of advancing to senior roles who have agile sensibilities, client management acumen, and technical breadth.
Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of client-facing digital project management experience, preferably involving agile frameworks.
- A minimum of 2 years in agency or consultancy environments, with 5+ years preferred.
- A proven history of managing large website or digital platform projects encompassing discovery, strategy development, UX, creative design, front-end and website development, quality assurance, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Sitecore or Salesforce.
- Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence tools.
- Willingness to obtain or advance SCRUM certification.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
What To Expect
- A candid, low-pressure discussion to understand your current career position and aspirations.
- Priority contact for upcoming positions as organizational plans in Saudi Arabia mature.
- Ongoing engagement if timing or role fit are not immediate to keep you in consideration for future opportunities.
Additional Information
This is a candidate pipeline initiative aimed at proactively building a talent shortlist rather than a direct job opening. Applicants interested in being part of a foundational team in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to register interest to connect with the talent acquisition team in due course.
