Senior Project Manager – Business Applications (CRM/ERP)

Position Overview

We seek a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful deployment of enterprise-level CRM and ERP projects. The ideal candidate brings more than eight years of experience in project management with a strong focus on business applications and exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of CRM and ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Establish detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and technical teams to drive effective project delivery.
• Track project milestones, mitigate risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure timelines are met.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including progress reports and planning documents.
• Lead project meetings and deliver clear updates to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects comply with governance policies, maintain quality standards, and adopt best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum of eight years of project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving business applications such as CRM and ERP systems.
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Dynamics platform.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Excellent organizational skills, thorough documentation abilities, and strong interpersonal relations.
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage and encouraged.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are beneficial.
