Job description

About the role

Okta is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Specialist for EMEA, based in Dublin. This role sits at the intersection of regional go-to-market planning, sales enablement, messaging, and market intelligence. You’ll work with global and regional partners to shape how Okta’s product story is adapted for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a particular focus on both established markets and growth opportunities in emerging ones.

The position calls for someone who can move quickly, think strategically, and turn complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that help teams win in market. It is suited to a marketer who enjoys collaboration, storytelling, and using insights to influence execution across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

Your work will center on regional go-to-market delivery, tailoring global initiatives for EMEA audiences, and supporting sales teams with the right content and positioning. You’ll also help gather market intelligence, track competition, and translate regional needs back to global stakeholders.

Regional go-to-market execution

  • Assist with product launches and regional GTM plans across EMEA, making sure they fit local market requirements.
  • Adapt global campaigns so they are relevant for both mature and developing markets across the region.
  • Refine messaging and positioning so they speak effectively to different audience groups.

Sales enablement

  • Customize global sales materials so they work well for EMEA teams and customers.
  • Provide sales and partner teams with messaging, competitive context, and use-case content that supports selling efforts.
  • Collect input from the region and use it to improve enablement assets and positioning.

Content and messaging

  • Localize product narratives while staying consistent with global brand direction.
  • Partner with content teams to adapt assets such as case studies, blog content, and website pages for regional audiences.

Market insights and competitive intelligence

  • Research customer behavior, industry developments, and regulatory factors affecting EMEA markets.
  • Monitor competitors and identify ways to create stronger differentiation.
  • Share findings with regional and global teams to support planning and decision-making.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams across regions to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as a connector between EMEA stakeholders and headquarters, representing regional priorities and market needs.

What you bring

The ideal candidate has a strong background in product marketing or related B2B SaaS marketing work, along with experience supporting EMEA markets. You should be confident in English, comfortable adapting content for local audiences, and able to use data and research to guide strategy. A degree in marketing, business, or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also acceptable.

Additional requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar area.
  • Working familiarity with identity and access management, cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.
  • Experience or knowledge of EMEA markets.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills at business level.
  • Ability to adapt marketing and sales content for local market needs.
  • Analytical, research-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.

Compensation and benefits

The annual base salary range for candidates in Ireland is €75,000 to €103,400. Final pay will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, eligible candidates may receive equity and bonus compensation, along with healthcare coverage and financial benefits such as paid time off and parental leave, according to applicable plans and policies.

Okta also highlights a broader employee experience that includes support for well-being, social impact, talent development, and community connection. New hires begin with an in-person onboarding experience designed to help them integrate quickly and build relationships from the start.
