Role Overview
This Senior Product Manager position offers substantial responsibility and autonomy in steering product strategy, influencing critical decisions, and generating impactful results for both clients and the organization. You will join a small, cohesive product team within the Marketing division, collaborating extensively with delivery teams, subject matter experts, and specialists as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and delivery partners, to bring new ideas to fruition and continuously refine the client experience.
- Translate strategic directives into clear, actionable plans leveraging research, client insights, and stakeholder input to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end product ownership encompassing evidence gathering, business case development, and stakeholder alignment to successfully deliver initiatives.
Candidate Profile and Experience
- Bring 6 to 8+ years of expertise in digital or senior product management roles, with a strong grasp of the product lifecycle, innovation, and customer-focused design.
- Excel in agile, fast-evolving environments with proven stakeholder management skills, influencing at all organizational levels and externally.
- Possess the ability to utilize customer analytics, market intelligence, and insights for decision-making and prioritization.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decisive execution capabilities.
- Adopt a practical, results-driven mindset with a history of turning concepts into successful products and enhancements.
- Cultivate a curious and innovative approach, committed to continuous improvement and maximizing customer value.

- Proven leadership in guiding digital products from conception through market launch, adept at aligning diverse stakeholders and driving progress beyond formal authority.
- Experience uncovering product opportunities via customer discovery, market research, and competition analysis.
- Strong commercial acumen to evaluate product feasibility and ROI.
- Expertise managing complex product deliveries in multi-disciplinary teams and technical environments.
- A human-centered product philosophy, emphasizing the users’ needs whether in enterprise, professional services, or SaaS contexts.
- Knowledge of emerging digital technologies, innovation trends, and practices.
- Familiarity with purpose-driven, membership, certification, or sustainability-focused organizations is advantageous.
