Role Overview
The Product Manager will lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our product offerings to ensure they align with customer requirements and contribute to business expansion.
Key Duties
- Perform thorough market research and competitive analysis to gather insights on customer needs and industry trends
- Establish a clear product vision and roadmap, prioritizing features and improvements accordingly
- Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to design and launch innovative products and features
- Track and evaluate product performance indicators to discover areas for enhancement
- Effectively communicate product plans, roadmaps, and results to internal stakeholders
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from conceptualization through release and maintenance
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to guarantee timely and quality product delivery
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or an associated role
- Solid expertise with product development frameworks like Agile and Lean Startup
- Demonstrated success in launching profitable products and fostering business growth
- Excellent skills in analysis, communication, and teamwork
- Competence in interpreting complex datasets to make informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving workplace
- Background in the technology or software sector is advantageous
