Overview
Our prestigious client in Munich, a leading high-tech company, offers a unique opportunity under employee leasing with a chance for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovations along the presbyopia workflow by extracting product, service, and market introduction requirements from customer insights and needs, and incorporate these into the comprehensive service and product development while managing relevant internal and external functions.
- Coordinate and steer decision-making processes resolving conflicts between workflows, services, and products within involved teams and across departments.
- Ensure alignment within the Business Sector (Product Management, R&D), Strategic Business Unit (Strategic Marketing, Sales & Support), and other functions such as Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Management to successfully implement workflow-specific business plans.
- Consolidate competitive intelligence from various sources and stakeholders, analyze pertinent market and trend data to continuously develop the workflow roadmap, positioning concepts, and strategic execution measures.
- Build and enhance professional and application knowledge at the workflow level with a particular emphasis on presbyopia management.
- Maintain close relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to collaboratively develop solutions and gain impetus for commercial growth and marketing efforts.
- Support planning, analysis, and documentation of formative and summative usability studies and validations.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Usability Engineering Files according to IEC 62366-1 and FDA/NMPA guidelines, as well as assist in developing usage specifications, task analyses, and user interface specifications.
- Prepare usability documentation for Design History Files (DHF) and regulatory approval dossiers.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (R&D, Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Design) to systematically integrate user insights into product development.
- Effectively communicate usability study results and recommendations to cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Completed degree in Health Management, International Management, Business Administration, Human Factors Engineering, Medical Technology, Optometry, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in product management and/or human factors engineering; background in marketing, sales, or corporate management is advantageous, ideally in a medical technology company with hardware and software products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong team spirit.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and organizational capabilities.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level); for international candidates, proficiency in German at the C1 level is mandatory as it is the business language.
