Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager on the Product Team, you will define the strategy and guide delivery for Cint’s Demand services. This position is based in the EU/UK, can be remote or located in one of the company’s engineering offices, and involves regular collaboration with U.S. teams during CET working hours.

The role suits a product leader who combines strong technical depth, customer focus, and a talent for solving complex product challenges. You will be expected to shape major decisions in one of Cint’s most influential business areas.

What You Will Do

• Create and champion the product vision for your area of Cint’s Exchange, with a long-term outlook and a focus on high-value outcomes.
• Explain the strategic reasoning behind product direction in a way that makes complex customer and technical issues easy to understand and rally support around.
• Run detailed opportunity evaluations using data and customer research, then turn findings into clear prioritization decisions and well-defined product requirements.
• Work closely with R&D leadership to manage technical trade-offs and shape delivery plans.
• Develop trusted partnerships with stakeholders across R&D, Data Science, Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Marketing to keep initiatives aligned and support successful launches.

What We Are Looking For

• A strong product background with experience launching, operating, scaling, or transforming complex products, platforms, or services.
• The ability to translate problems from the research technology and data space into structured product requirements using both quantitative and qualitative input.
• Hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of API-based and UI-based products, with a track record of delivering polished, high-quality experiences.
• Interest in, and exposure to, LLMs and modern development stacks is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex stakeholder networks.
• Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment.
