Role Overview

The Measurement Customer Success team partners with clients throughout their measurement journey. This position blends data analysis, consultative customer support, and measurement expertise to help customers get the most from Cint’s products and meet their business goals.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, exploring datasets, solving complex problems, and turning technical information into practical recommendations. The role contributes to customer satisfaction, product adoption, campaign success, and long-term account growth.

Candidates must be based in the Central or East Coast region of the US.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by guiding customers on measurement planning, brand lift approaches, product functionality, best practices, and campaign outcomes.
  • Develop strong client relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and ongoing partnership management.
  • Review study results, client data, and measurement outputs to spot patterns, identify opportunities, and recommend next steps.
  • Train customers on Cint’s Measurement offerings so they can adopt the platform effectively and achieve stronger results over time.
  • Simplify technical, methodological, and analytical concepts into clear guidance that customers can act on.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations to resolve customer issues and improve the overall experience.
  • Represent the customer internally by surfacing recurring issues, product gaps, and process improvement ideas.
  • Track customer health, engagement, adoption, campaign launches, active usage, and revenue growth to identify risks and reinforce value.
  • Handle several customers, projects, and deadlines at once while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Pull and combine data from Cint’s systems, Excel, Databricks, and Salesforce for analysis and reporting.
  • Help ensure customer objectives are met through structured planning, follow-up, and proactive communication.
  • Build a strong working knowledge of Cint’s measurement tools, methods, and the broader industry landscape.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, client services, market research, consulting, or another analytical client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical or data-heavy topics in a simple, concise way.
  • Proven ability to build trust and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking ability.
  • Comfort interpreting data and turning findings into useful recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions.
  • Comfort leading consultative conversations, presentations, and business reviews both in person and virtually through tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to learn new tools and concepts.
  • Strong ownership mindset and accountability.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Positive, collaborative team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Background

  • Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and how campaigns are planned, launched, and measured.
  • Experience in ad tech, market research, media measurement, customer success, or a related field.
  • Exposure to Salesforce, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Alchemer, or similar platforms.
  • Market research coursework or hands-on experience.
  • Working knowledge of statistical concepts and research methodology.
  • Experience presenting insights, recommendations, or analytical findings to customers or stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting enterprise clients or strategic accounts.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected US base salary for this role is $48,000 to $54,000 annually, plus target annual commission of $2,000 to $6,000.
