This AI-centric position demands innovation, decisiveness, and a readiness to deliver validated products even without perfect data.
Key Responsibilities
- Establishing and owning the product vision and strategy by selecting impactful use cases to develop, promote, and scale.
- Acting as the customer advocate, managing feedback loops to distinguish successful features and areas for improvement, synthesizing diverse input from scientific teams into actionable product priorities.
- Deeply understanding biopharma workflows such as biomarker discovery and clinical decision-making to formulate strategies that fulfill these needs.
- Ensuring cross-functional coordination by working alongside scientific, engineering, and commercial teams to translate vision into a credible, adaptative roadmap.
Candidate Profile
- Expertise in biopharma R&D domains including translational research, biomarker identification, pathology, clinical and drug development, with the ability to communicate effectively with scientific professionals.
- Proven experience managing AI-powered, expert-focused B2B products, simplifying complex and technical problem spaces with clarity and end-to-end ownership.
- A strong proponent of AI as an integral tool in design, research, prototyping, and scaling, with insightful perspectives on AI’s role in product innovation.
- A background of strategic product leadership with demonstrated success in setting direction, deciding on valuable initiatives, launching, and validating those products in real-world environments.
Benefits and Work Conditions
- Competitive salary package with 30 days of vacation and flexible working hours including remote work options.
- Annual personal development budget of €1,000 plus two additional learning days, opportunities for language courses, and participation in mentoring programs.
- Family and pet-friendly policies including flexible parental leave arrangements.
- Subsidies for transportation, sports, wellbeing memberships, and regular social gatherings.
- Participation in an optional pension plan.
