Role Overview
We are investing deeply in basketball as one of our fastest-growing areas. As Senior Product Manager, you will be pivotal in defining the product vision and strategy, launching new features and capabilities for teams, coaches, and families. This cross-functional leadership role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Design, Strategy, Marketing, and Business Development teams. You will report to a Product Management Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and champion the long-term roadmap and strategy for GameChanger Basketball in partnership with multiple internal teams.
- Identify market opportunities using customer research, competitive analysis, and company objectives to guide product decisions.
- Manage product lifecycle from conceptualization through deployment, ongoing measurement, and refinement.
- Work closely with Engineering and Design teams to translate strategy into high-quality, user-friendly experiences.
- Launch features swiftly, leveraging customer feedback to continually optimize the product.
- Define success metrics and use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to assess product health and impact.
- Collaborate with Analytics to validate hypotheses and direct future investments.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and outcomes to stakeholders at varying organizational levels, fostering alignment across diverse teams.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing consumer-facing mobile products, ideally in sports, family tech, gaming, subscription services, or other highly engaged consumer sectors.
- Proven track record of leading products from discovery through launch, utilizing customer insights and data-driven prioritization.
- Demonstrated partnership with Engineering and Design to deliver intuitive and exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong ability to balance customer needs, technical nuances, and business goals in decision making.
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous surroundings requiring definition of both problems and solutions.
- Skilled at influencing without direct authority, aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at articulating product strategies and outcomes to a range of audiences.
- A passion for basketball or a keen interest in shaping the sport’s future through technology is preferred.

Additional Information
The offered base salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 annually, complemented by incentives, equity, and benefits based on role eligibility. Actual compensation will reflect experience, internal pay equity, and other relevant factors, ensuring fairness across the company.
