Role overview
rag & bone is looking for a Senior Producer to oversee the full production process for campaign, editorial, and e-commerce shoots across channels. This in-house position works at the meeting point of creativity and creative operations, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and in line with the brand’s visual direction.
You will collaborate with the Creative Director, brand marketing partners, and outside vendors to coordinate a high volume of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce productions, and editorial work. The role calls for strong production expertise, established vendor networks, and a composed, problem-solving approach to managing several moving parts at once.
Key responsibilities
Own production from initial brief through final delivery for campaign and editorial shoots.
Create and maintain production timelines, call sheets, and run-of-show documents.
Handle logistics such as location scouting and permits, talent and crew booking, styling support, catering, and travel arrangements.
Work with Creative Directors and Art Directors to turn creative concepts into workable production plans.
Run pre-production meetings and manage shoots on set for projects of different sizes.
Support production and post-production for film and video, including workflow coordination.
Track budgets from estimate stage through final reconciliation.
Find, negotiate with, and manage relationships with photographers, directors, studios, casting and location partners, and post-production vendors.
Look for ways to reduce costs while protecting the quality of the creative output.
Act as the main contact across Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams during production.
Coordinate post-production tasks including image selection, retouching briefs, and asset delivery timing.
Keep a master production calendar and surface resource or capacity issues early.
Support, coach, and guide junior production team members.
Requirements
8–10 years of production experience, including in-house work for a fashion or lifestyle brand.
Proven background producing high-profile campaign shoots across print, digital, and video, with major budget ownership.
Strong working knowledge of the production network, including crews, talent agencies, studios, and locations in markets such as New York, Los Angeles, and Europe.
Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at a fast pace.
Strong negotiation ability and experience handling complex vendor relationships.
Comfort using production and asset management tools such as Airtable, Air, and Excel.
Clear, confident communication skills across all levels of the business.
Genuine interest in fashion, photography, and visual storytelling.
Work setup
This is an in-office role with a schedule of 4 days per week onsite.

Salary
The target annual compensation range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000, depending on experience and expectations.
