Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will be an experienced educator with growing leadership capability, a strong interest in high-quality teaching, and a learner-focused approach. Experience in English-medium schools and familiarity with IB PYP and/or Cambridge programmes will be highly valued.
Essential Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in education or a related subject
- A recognised teaching credential such as PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or an equivalent qualification
- At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience
- Previous experience in an English-medium school
- Working knowledge of the IB PYP and/or Cambridge curriculum
- Strong communication skills
- Effective classroom management ability
- A clear commitment to student-centred learning and strong academic standards
