Role Overview

The Senior Personnel Technician will work under the Reg. Personnel Manager to handle a broad range of personnel and administrative duties. The role focuses on preparing, updating, and maintaining employee records and supporting payroll-related processes so that pay is delivered accurately and on time in line with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of personnel and administrative tasks related to employee documentation and record maintenance.
  • Support payroll operations by ensuring personnel records are accurate, complete, and processed on time.
  • Help maintain compliance with internal policies and established procedures.
  • Respond to employee questions and concerns related to personnel matters.
  • Investigate and help resolve discrepancies in personnel records or related information.
  • Collect, review, and act on relevant data promptly to support timely decision-making.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible experience in personnel-related work.
  • Ability to handle a heavy workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures, with the ability to interpret and explain them clearly.
  • Good analytical ability and attention to detail when reviewing personnel information.
  • Capable of answering employee queries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Strong computer literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
