- Build creative strategies tailored to different audiences, funnel stages, and platforms.
- Work closely with the Creative team and provide clear direction for ads, UGC, hooks, messaging, and content formats.
- Review which creatives deliver the best results, identify patterns, and turn those findings into new test ideas and creative learnings.
- Develop fresh concepts for performance creatives, campaign angles, and storytelling with a strong focus on conversion and brand building.
- Run ongoing tests across audiences, creatives, funnels, and growth levers.
- Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
- Spot new performance channels, market trends, and growth opportunities in the D2C environment.
- Continuously improve tracking and attribution setups.
- Coordinate external partners, freelancers, or agencies and ensure smooth collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, with TikTok Ads being a plus.
- Proven experience building and scaling performance campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Excellent analytical thinking and a confident approach to numbers, data, and KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with tracking, attribution, and analytics tools.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- Ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking.
- A strong sense for creatives, target groups, and brand communication.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Bonus experience in the food, D2C, or lifestyle space.
- Bonus experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Bonus experience in international performance marketing.
