Qodo is pioneering an AI-driven code review platform designed to accelerate developer productivity, ensure confident software releases, and enhance code quality through comprehensive analysis throughout the software development lifecycle.

Role Overview

We seek an experienced, proactive Senior People & Talent Partner to join our global People team, acting as a primary People representative in Boston. Reporting to the VP People, this role demands a balance of strategic partnership, comprehensive US recruiting ownership, program management, and operational expertise to contribute to shaping an AI-native People function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with US leadership to guide organizational planning, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, and the cultivation of high-functioning teams.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US roles, focusing on attracting and securing top-tier, culturally aligned candidates.
  • Work alongside hiring managers to clarify role expectations, develop structured evaluation criteria, design sourcing approaches, and facilitate efficient interview processes.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to identify and resolve hiring process issues, enhance decision-making, and ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience.
  • Design and manage impactful People initiatives including onboarding, manager enablement, performance and growth programs, and action plans based on engagement surveys.
  • Oversee smooth, compliant US HR operations including HRIS maintenance, benefits administration, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Innovate the People function by identifying and implementing AI and automation techniques across HR and recruiting processes.

Success Metrics

  • Establish an effective and predictable US hiring process with healthy candidate pipelines, reduced time-to-fill, high offer acceptance, positive applicant experience, and satisfied hiring managers.
  • Provide timely, actionable coaching to managers, equipping them to hire, develop, and lead strong teams.
  • Maintain accurate, coordinated HR operations including data integrity, benefits, payroll, and leave processes.
  • Advance AI-driven automation within HR workflows, achieving measurable efficiencies and adoption rates.
  • Foster a unified global culture through People programs that encourage engagement and collaboration, tracked via participation and feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years experience in People Partner and Talent Acquisition roles within fast-growing startups or dynamic environments, managing both managerial partnerships and full-cycle hiring personally.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire GTM roles in the US, such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Engineering positions.
  • Solid practical understanding of US employment laws, multi-state compliance issues, benefits, leave policies, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Keen interest in AI and automation, with proven capability to identify use cases, conduct trials, and evaluate impact.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling trust-building across diverse functions, locations, and time zones.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, capable of balancing both strategic initiatives and operational tasks concurrently.
  • Reside in the Boston area and commit to working onsite two to three days weekly.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting globally distributed teams or background in B2B SaaS, AI, or developer tool companies.

Benefits

  • Eligibility for company stock options, promoting shared ownership and long-term company growth.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans for employees and dependents with company contributions towards premiums.
  • Access to Qodo’s 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Commuter allowance for team members attending the Boston office two or more days per week.
  • Generous paid time off with 23 vacation days annually.
