Role Overview
The Senior Partner Manager for Strategic Partnerships (Senior Care) serves as the primary contact for software and technology vendors interested in embedding their products within our platform for Skilled Nursing and Senior Living Facilities. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Marketplace, this role involves leading partnership opportunities from conception through to deal closure and product launch, alongside collaborative support for marketing and go-to-market activities in the Senior Care sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Corporate Development, Corporate Strategy, and Go-To-Market leaders to define and translate complex business challenges into partner-driven solutions.
- Lead cross-departmental teams to conduct comprehensive analyses, developing strategic recommendations for new business opportunities and conveying results clearly to executives.
- Manage partnerships throughout the lifecycle - from identification and negotiation to closing deals and launching products, applying strategic assessment including resource allocation and investment considerations.
- Develop detailed business cases, financial models, market research insights, and competitive assessments.
- Conduct interviews with vendors, customers, and industry experts to maintain subject matter expertise and thought leadership.
- Negotiate and finalize business development agreements that yield quantifiable benefits.
- Represent the partnership organization in high-level meetings with partner company executives.
- Keep meticulous records of all partnership-related interactions and documentation within Salesforce.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) is mandatory; MBA is preferred.
- Over five years of experience in business strategy or partnership management within a leading SaaS/software company or strategy consulting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize partner engagements effectively.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership in orchestrating cross-functional teams to capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Proficient in contract negotiation and enforcement.
- Technical aptitude or eagerness to develop technology skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication.
- Experience in acute care is advantageous.

The position is open for remote work within the US/Canada or onsite at our Mississauga, ON headquarters. Salary for this role in Canada ranges from $149,000 to $166,000 annually, complemented by bonus and benefits. Compensation is based on experience, skills, and location.
