About the Role
We are seeking a Senior OPT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have robust experience sourcing candidates eligible under OPT, H1B, H1 Transfer, Green Card, US Citizenship, and EAD status. This role involves leveraging various channels including job portals, universities, social networks, and other platforms to identify and attract qualified talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit candidates under OPT, H1B, H1 Transfer, Green Card, USC, and EAD categories.
- Utilize multiple sourcing platforms such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Corp-Corp, LinkedIn, and university networks to find suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships within social and professional networks to enhance recruitment efforts.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
