Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a Senior Officer or Specialist to join the Intercompany Process team. This position will support the expanding operational demands by overseeing intercompany transactions across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee intercompany accounting transactions and reconciliations.
- Perform balance confirmations and resolve transaction disputes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to handle escalations and facilitate issue resolution.
- Analyze aged outstanding balances, identify root causes, and deploy corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, process accuracy, and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Com graduate in Any Specialization or an equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Record to Report (R2R), intercompany accounting, reconciliation, or related finance functions.
- Preferred additional certifications in Finance and Accounting.
- Proficient in ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, CargoWise, or similar platforms.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced functions like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience managing stakeholders in multi-regional and cross-functional environments.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail to maintain process integrity.
