Role Purpose

This position sits within the sales team and is focused on strengthening product visibility across all assigned outlets. The merchandiser is also expected to support in-store sampling and promotional activity when needed, ensure displays follow approved planograms, escalate any non-compliance immediately to the pre-seller, and share timely market insights to help identify selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit the assigned OT outlets according to the daily route plan shared by the supervisor.
• Merchandise SSFL products across the store’s key access points, shelves, stands and floor displays.
• Place point-of-sale materials wherever relevant alongside SSFL display areas.
• Make sure all access points are arranged in line with approved planograms.
• Manage stock rotation using FIFO principles and remove items that do not meet quality standards.
• Keep SSF products on the shelf in clean, fresh and presentable condition at all times.
• Observe competitor activity and communicate important findings.
• Escalate any differences from agreed terms with the assigned OT customer or outlet.
• Submit a daily report to the supervisor covering the previous day’s work.
• Take part in sampling or redemption campaigns whenever required.
• Maintain a neat personal appearance and professional conduct in accordance with the Frito Lay code of conduct.

Performance Measures

Success in the role will be assessed through execution standards, LTA enforcement and adherence to the journey plan.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A valid driving licence is required.
• The ideal candidate should be service-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.

This role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time, on-site position.
