Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals within the designated territory to promote company offerings.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers to enhance product visibility and preference.
- Drive prescription generation efforts and boost sales figures in the assigned region.
- Explore and identify potential business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Meet or surpass monthly sales targets while maintaining daily reports documenting sales activities.
- Monitor ongoing market trends and analyze competitor behavior to inform strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and provide seamless customer support.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a graduate degree in any field, with a preference for B.Pharm or B.Sc candidates.
- Have at least three years of experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales roles.
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to engage in field sales activities with frequent travel requirements.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Show a target-driven mindset combined with proactive work habits.
- Be located in or open to relocating to Noida, India.
