About the Role
Teamlease Services Limited is recruiting Field Sales Executives for Coca Cola Company in multiple locations across Delhi-NCR including East Delhi, West Delhi, Central Delhi, and Old Delhi. This position involves direct interaction with shops and customers to drive sales activities in the FMCG and beverages domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting shops to take and generate orders actively.
- Managing stock levels of products at retail outlets.
- Identifying and acquiring new B2B customers to expand market presence.
- Engaging in field sales tactics to boost product turnover.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must possess between 6 months and 3 years of experience in FMCG or beverage sales.
- Should be a graduate with an age between 19 and 35 years.
- Applicants must own and be able to use a motorbike for travel.
- Must have a presentable appearance suitable for customer interaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 22,000 INR in hand.
- Benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), 180 INR daily petrol allowance, 500 INR monthly mobile reimbursement, plus incentives.
