Utilizing our exclusive Marketing Action Plan® method, we create interconnected marketing and sales frameworks that deliver measurable revenue and ensure sustainable long-term success. Our remote team supports industries including finance, construction, manufacturing, legal, SaaS, and professional services throughout the US and beyond.

Role Overview

As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will serve as the main contact for multiple clients and be accountable for designing and executing marketing strategies that span traffic generation, lead conversion, and customer nurturing, particularly focusing on accounts heavily integrated with HubSpot. This role is unique in requiring both strategic marketing insight and deep technical proficiency with HubSpot, from portal architecture and troubleshooting to strategy presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client relationships by managing a portfolio of marketing accounts, overseeing strategy, client retention, and account health.
  • Translate clients' business objectives into cohesive marketing strategies involving inbound, content, paid media, email, CRM, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and present Marketing Action Plans (MAPs) during strategy meetings and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensure seamless account management continuity during team changes.
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities in collaboration with sales.
  • Oversee HubSpot portal administration, including configuration, user permissions, and account settings across Marketing Hub and related hubs.
  • Create and optimize marketing automation workflows, sequences, lead scoring systems, lifecycle stages, and nurturance programs.
  • Design and refine landing pages, forms, CTAs, email templates, and CMS content within HubSpot.
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and external platforms via native connectors or APIs, including CRM synchronization and ad account linking.
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards to link marketing efforts directly to revenue and funnel metrics.
  • Support teammates and clients by providing expert knowledge of HubSpot and staying current with platform advancements.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain quality standards across projects.
  • Analyze account performance data to guide strategy adjustments for improved outcomes.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess over 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with agency background, with extensive client-facing account management or strategy expertise.
  • Demonstrate advanced HubSpot capability, having managed portals, complex automations, and integrations beyond simple campaign execution.
  • Hold current HubSpot certifications, including Marketing Hub Software and Inbound; additional certifications in Data Hub, Data Integrations, and Reporting are highly advantageous.
  • Exhibit a proactive leadership style, taking initiative and setting high standards.
  • Confidently communicate and present strategic insights to executive-level clients.
  • Effectively manage tasks independently ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Remain composed and flexible when adapting to changing priorities or client needs.
  • Use data insights from web, social, paid media, and analytics platforms to narrate success stories or identify opportunities.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience within B2B sectors such as SaaS, manufacturing, financial services, or construction.
  • Advanced or niche HubSpot certifications.
  • Familiarity with leading HubSpot onboarding or platform migration projects.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM integrations beyond the HubSpot environment.

Work Environment & Tools

  • Fully remote team working Monday through Friday, 8:45 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.
  • Collaboration conducted through video calls, Slack, and virtual sessions.
  • Requirement for a professional workspace suitable for client video meetings.
  • Utilization of tools including Accelo, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude, Fathom, Gemini, Google Analytics, Google Meet, Google Search Console, Google Workspace, Grammarly, HubSpot, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Slack.

Company Core Values

  • Can Do Attitude – Emphasizing opportunity-oriented thinking.
  • Attention to Detail – Committed to precision in all aspects.
  • Honest Approach – Transparency when lacking answers and proactive problem-solving.
  • Resilience – Embracing failure as part of progress without losing momentum.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range between 110000 and 140000 USD annually, based on experience.
  • 21 days of paid vacation per year.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching for U.S.-based employees.
  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) available to U.S. team members.
  • Opportunity to contribute significantly within a small, agile team environment.
