Position Overview
Join the Marketing & Engagement team in Asia, tasked with supporting various marketing, communication, and engagement efforts both in-person and online at BNP Paribas.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage routine banking operations while actively seeking innovative improvements.
- Create engaging content aimed at enriching client experiences.
- Develop and update marketing collateral for clients in English and Chinese, including writing and proofreading content as well as generating creative ideas and concepts for activations.
- Organize the weekly investment forum from scheduling meetings with product specialists to preparing presentations and ensuring smooth execution every Monday.
- Produce concise, creative content using video production tools, encompassing scriptwriting, filming, and editing.
- Keep abreast of market trends and monitor competitors for potential opportunities.
Events Handling
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to manage event logistics efficiently within budget.
- Collect feedback post events to evaluate success and suggest improvements.
Project Management
- Successfully complete assigned projects such as revamping publications, launching new publications, and migrating tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and programs.
Brand Management
- Implement brand standards across platforms and oversee consistent corporate branding in projects and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Brand & Communication team to enhance the bank's profile by contributing to award submissions, articles, conferences, events, and product content.
Management Support
- Assist management by structuring and preparing business presentations from conceptual stages.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of finance, marketing tools, and communication best practices.
- Basic copywriting skills specific to financial services, especially private banking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, creative mindset, proactive approach, and results-oriented.
- Ability to make confident decisions and analyze complex situations while managing change.
- Collaborative team player with inclusiveness and agility to generate new ideas and workflows quickly.
- Self-driven with enthusiasm for continuous learning and interest in banking and marketing.
- University graduate with strong presentation capabilities.
- Minimum seven years' professional experience in financial services marketing, branding, or communications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is required as the role involves preparation of materials for Chinese-speaking clients.
