Role Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead all marketing efforts for The Ministry, aiming to grow memberships, hot desk usage, event inquiries, brand recognition, and engagement via diverse channels. This hands-on position involves crafting and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance growth and brand presence. It encompasses campaign management, content creation, paid media oversight, reporting, agency coordination, and specific marketing support for Jai Dog Rescue charity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing strategies targeting workspace memberships, club memberships, hot desks, meeting rooms, event leads, retention, and brand visibility.
- Manage campaign lifecycle from briefing to execution, setting audience targets, messaging, timelines, budgets, and success metrics, continuously refining via data insights.
- Represent The Ministry as a unique workspace and social destination in SE1, managing member communications, newsletters, event promotions, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with sales and membership teams to improve lead quality, boost conversions, and optimize customer journey to strengthen community growth.
- Provide tailored marketing assistance to Jai Dog Rescue, supporting fundraising, awareness campaigns, content development, and storytelling to reflect the charity’s mission and values.
- Oversee social media, email marketing, website content, paid channels, and event listings, managing the Content & Social Producer, setting objectives, and ensuring content excellence and brand consistency.
- Lead paid advertising efforts, working with agencies and suppliers to maximize engagement, lead quality, and ROI, including public relations management aligned with business goals.
- Manage marketing budget allocation, performance reporting, and data-driven optimization, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as a proactive marketing leader fostering collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders, maintaining high standards in planning, execution, and team culture.
Qualifications and Experience
- Extensive experience in integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media channels with a focus on commercial results.
- Proven capability in paid media management, agency oversight, budget control, and performance analytics.
- Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, brand stewardship, and communication.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams with clear objectives and KPIs, alongside excellent project and stakeholder management.
- Preferred exposure to hospitality, members clubs, coworking spaces, events, lifestyle brands, entertainment, or charity sectors.
Success Criteria
Achievement in this role will be marked by increased enquiries for workspace, memberships, hot desk use, meeting rooms, and events; enhanced member retention and acquisition; elevated brand engagement; and consistently successful marketing campaigns delivering measurable growth. Supporting Jai Dog Rescue through impactful marketing efforts is also essential.
