About Stitch Fix
Stitch Fix is transforming retail by blending human judgment, advanced data science, and generative AI. The company is focused on shaping the future of personalized shopping while also investing in the growth and success of its people.
Role overview
The Growth team supports new client acquisition, retention, and reactivation through data-led marketing and ongoing experimentation. In this position, you will help refine the marketing mix and broader strategy by converting complex data into practical recommendations, building clear performance reporting, improving measurement methods, and supporting better decisions across Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics.
What you'll do
- Create scalable dashboards and reporting tools that deliver timely, useful insights for stakeholders and company leaders.
- Own projects that strengthen marketing measurement, automation, and the underlying data systems so the team can move faster and operate at greater scale.
- Analyze performance patterns, spot growth opportunities, and turn findings into recommendations that guide marketing spend.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Data Science, and Analytics partners to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting decisions.
- Use AI-enabled tools together with SQL, BI platforms, and modern analytics technologies to streamline workflows, speed up insight generation, and improve productivity.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, strategy, finance, business operations, or a similarly analytical role.
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing, attribution, and marketing measurement.
- Strong ability to build dashboards and reporting outputs using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools such as Looker.
- Comfort using AI-powered tools within analytical workflows to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred background includes advanced measurement methods such as experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, or marketing mix modeling.
- Exposure to semantic modeling and reporting development tools such as LookML is a plus.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or strategic planning is preferred.
- Prior collaboration with Finance, Data Science, and Analytics teams is beneficial.
Compensation and benefits
This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package. For US-based employees, the salary range is $86,300 to $144,000 USD and may vary based on professional background, experience, location, and performance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and other coverage.
