Role Overview

The Senior Manager – Techno Commercial at KFCL will combine technical understanding with commercial judgment to improve site-level decisions and operational outcomes. This position is centered on reducing costs, improving efficiency, and supporting business decisions across ALL (AALL) and warehousing activities. The role also serves as a coordination point between operations, procurement, supply chain, and finance so that choices remain commercially sound and aligned to business goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate site initiatives, projects, and operating decisions from both technical and commercial angles.
  • Use technical inputs to support negotiations, vendor shortlisting, and procurement decisions.
  • Connect site operations with business objectives through value analysis and cost-saving actions.
  • Manage techno-commercial elements of ALL (AALL) and warehousing activities.
  • Support efficient systems for movement, storage, and handling of materials.
  • Work with stores and warehousing teams to streamline processes and lower operating costs.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce spend across materials, logistics, and storage.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in engineering is mandatory. An MBA or PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, or Finance is preferred. Candidates should have 8 to 15 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within manufacturing or industrial environments, along with strong exposure to procurement, contracts, warehousing, and plant operations. Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or comparable platforms is also required.
