Senior Manager – Supply Planning and Inventory Management

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager specializing in Supply Planning and Inventory Management to lead strategic supply chain functions within our organization. This leadership position demands extensive expertise in supply chain operations, specifically focused on planning, inventory optimization, and driving end-to-end supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive supply planning and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels effectively.
• Coordinate and advance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Manage capacity planning, handle replenishment activities, and develop tactics to mitigate supply chain risks.
• Collaborate closely with teams from Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Procurement, Marketing, and Logistics to enhance supply chain integration.
• Lead initiatives to transform planning processes through advanced tools such as SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, O9, E2Open, Oracle Supply Chain Planning, or Blue Yonder.
• Develop and guide high-performing planning teams, fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Over 14 years of professional experience in supply planning and inventory management.
• Strong background working within FMCG, Consumer Packaged Goods, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Proficiency in advanced planning systems and analytics platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
• MBA focused on Operations or Supply Chain Management, or an engineering degree is highly desirable.
