Role Overview

As Senior Manager of Supply Chain & In-Stock at Gopuff’s London location, you will be responsible for overseeing key performance indicators like product availability, waste reduction, and inventory turnover. This position also involves leading a team through well-defined objectives and ongoing performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of essential supply chain metrics including inventory availability, minimizing waste, and optimizing inventory days.
• Develop and motivate the team by setting clear goals and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Plan and execute seasonal inventory strategies to ensure stock readiness during peak trading times.
• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance lead times, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive cross-departmental projects aimed at automating processes and addressing systemic challenges within the supply chain.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum six years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory control, or retail environments.
• Extensive background in managing teams and fostering high productivity in operations-focused departments.
• Advanced data analysis abilities, including expertise in SQL and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations and managing substantial supplier partnerships.
• Proven track record in leading complex projects and persuading diverse stakeholders within the organization.
• Experience in spearheading innovation through the adoption of new technologies and tools.
