Role Overview

Gopuff is hiring a Regional Manager I to oversee operational performance across multiple locations nationwide. The position demands a proactive and entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing a team of General Managers and ensuring the overall success of a defined territory through effective leadership and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational guidance and support to local General Managers within your territory.
• Coach and develop team members across sites to enhance performance and prepare them for advanced roles.
• Focus on performance management and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics on various timeframes to devise strategies that enhance customer experience.
• Facilitate upward reporting to keep headquarters leadership connected with field operations.
• Act as the communication bridge between headquarters departments, local execution teams, and other leadership partners.
• Participate directly in talent acquisition processes including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of key personnel.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times and proactively forecast future hiring needs.
• Support the launch of new operational sites within your region.
• Serve as a dedicated, regionally based leader focused on the success of your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or project management driven by data analysis.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage large-scale onboarding programs aimed at training high-performing employees.
• Educational background in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, STEM fields, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills paired with the capability to motivate teams in deadline-driven contexts.
• Demonstrated problem-solving expertise under pressure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Balance detail orientation with rapid execution.
• Willingness to travel extensively—up to 90% of the time.
• Spanish-English bilingual proficiency is strongly preferred.

The base salary for this role ranges from $96,900 to $120,750 annually and may vary based on location, qualifications, and experience. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in the company's equity incentive plan.
