Senior Manager - Strategic Business Innovation (Digital / IT)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth market research in areas such as AI, Cloud, Digital Twin, Smart Buildings, and Robotics, aligning insights with Saudi Vision 2030 and giga-project initiatives to discover new business opportunities.
• Develop prioritized pipelines by identifying target customer segments, conducting needs assessments, and designing scalable business models and go-to-market strategies.
• Forge and maintain strategic partnerships by engaging government bodies, enterprises, and industry leaders, crafting persuasive business proposals for clients and collaborators.
• Lead contract negotiations for significant agreements and oversee commercial management, including post-deal performance monitoring against established KPIs.
• Drive strategic alliances and initiate flagship projects by fostering collaboration between international headquarters, joint ventures, and local partners.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Strategy is required; MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within Saudi Arabia or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Proven experience and a robust network in negotiating and closing high-value contracts with governments, enterprises, or giga-project clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Background in technology-driven industries such as AI, Cloud, Digital Infrastructure, or Smart City solutions is advantageous.
• Fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English are mandatory.
• Strong skills in deal closure, negotiation, executive-level presentations, and cultural sensitivity to navigate East Asian and Saudi business contexts effectively.
