Role & Responsibilities

• Design and execute sales strategies geared toward meeting revenue and profit objectives.
• Identify and secure new clients within Mining, Construction, Infrastructure, Cement, Quarrying, and other industrial areas.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with EPC contractors, mining firms, infrastructure developers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), consultants, and governmental bodies.
• Drive business development via direct sales, managing dealer networks, and fostering strategic alliances.
• Formulate comprehensive annual sales plans, including forecasts and budgets.
• Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitor movements, and evolving customer needs.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability to operate autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
