Job Overview

The position is responsible for sourcing and identifying prospective candidates using diverse channels like agencies and online platforms. It includes shortlisting candidates and organizing them as per requisites to meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the AVP Recruitment Sourcing University Relations in identifying talented candidates aligned with Group objectives.
• Assist in developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess recruitment team performance.
• Manage employer branding budgets and implement industry best practices.
• Drive cost-efficiency, productivity, and optimal resource utilization within recruitment processes.
• Sort and categorize applicants, maintaining an accurate candidate database aligned with job requirements.
• Build collaborative relationships across departments to meet recruitment goals and improve service levels.
• Engage proactively with head-hunters, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies for optimal talent acquisition.
• Conduct thorough reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and skills.
• Participate actively in team meetings for performance reviews and conflict resolution.
• Remain abreast of latest recruitment planning methods and industry trends for continuous personal professional growth.
• Adhere strictly to all applicable compliance, legal, regulatory, and risk management frameworks related to recruitment and banking operations.
• Preserve confidentiality of sensitive data, ensuring information security protocols are respected at all times.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management to support QNB’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, ideally within an internationally respected bank.
