- A history of building credible partnerships with executives, managers, and employees in an advisory capacity.
- Ability to convert business priorities into effective people strategies, programs, and organizational solutions.
- Experience coaching employees and leaders at different levels, including handling difficult performance and employee relations situations.
- Minimum 3 years leading talent acquisition teams or recruitment functions.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret people data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort using AI tools and modern HR technology to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Benefits
- Base salary between USD 130,000 and 170,000, with a target level around USD 150,000.

- Additional support such as pet insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, and home office assistance.
- A collaborative and inclusive environment centered on innovation, accountability, and employee well-being.
Application and hiring process
