Senior Manager - Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module Consultant

Overview

Join PwC India's Oracle Services Practice as a Senior Manager and play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage enterprise technologies to meet their digital and business objectives. This position focuses on assisting clients in implementing and utilizing Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions, particularly tailored to manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including setting up manufacturing entities, parameters, bills of materials (BOM), routings, work definitions, and production timelines.
• Analyze client manufacturing workflows to identify process gaps, recommending enhancements utilizing Oracle SCM capabilities.
• Customize the Oracle SCM Manufacturing system as per business needs, developing tailored reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing with ERP, PLM, MES, and other related systems.
• Design and execute test plans, conduct system and user acceptance testing, ensuring solution accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and prepare documentation while providing continuous user support and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate change management by guiding clients through new system adoption and communication of changes.
• Monitor and incorporate latest Oracle SCM manufacturing trends, best practices, and industry standards to foster continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably B.Tech.
• Minimum 6 years of demonstrable experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing processes including discrete management, process manufacturing, and lean methodologies.
• Proficient in Oracle SCM Manufacturing functionalities such as BOM, routings, production scheduling, shop floor control, and quality management.
• Experience integrating Oracle SCM Manufacturing with other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and project teams.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or collaboratively.

Additional Details

This role requires onsite presence in Gurugram, Haryana. Candidates must have substantial experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The position demands strong leadership and an aptitude to drive digital transformation within supply chain operations.
