Key Responsibilities
You will help build a workforce that is confident and capable in digital health by supporting the design of competency frameworks and learning pathways aligned to SingHealth’s digital strategy.

- Curate training content, set up quality assurance checks, and monitor learning outcomes and digital adoption indicators.
- Use technology trends, stakeholder input, and industry practices to improve programme relevance and effectiveness.
- Coordinate digital literacy initiatives across different SingHealth institutions and support implementation at scale.
- Build and manage partnerships with external training providers, academic institutions, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Enable knowledge-sharing through events, forums, and other collaborative platforms.
- Handle programme budgeting, financial monitoring, and cost control for digital literacy initiatives.
- Track programme impact, assess effectiveness, and drive ongoing improvements.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Health Informatics, or a discipline related to people and organisation.
- At least 6 years of experience designing and rolling out organisation-wide training and development programmes.
- Proven experience in building and sustaining partnerships with academic institutions, professional bodies, or technology vendors.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability, with comfort in evaluating complex situations and making data-led decisions.
- Solid project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver within timelines and objectives.
- Prior exposure to digital health, healthcare operations, or digital transformation work will be an advantage.
