Role Summary
We seek a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to serve as the technical cornerstone of our go-to-market systems. This leadership role demands ownership of the entire marketing tech stack architecture, rapid troubleshooting of system issues, and independently delivering fully functioning solutions from initial concept through execution. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, this position provides the opportunity to build and maintain scalable processes without ongoing supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Warmly, Qualified, and others, ensuring seamless integration and dependencies.
- Quickly identify and resolve operational issues such as lead routing interruptions, synchronization errors, campaign faults, and data discrepancies to prevent revenue interruptions.
- Translate broad strategic directives or rough ideas into complete, executable marketing operations solutions with minimal direction or check-ins.
- Oversee comprehensive lead management processes encompassing scoring, routing, and the transition from marketing to sales teams.
- Coordinate and execute campaign operations via Marketo, maintaining trustworthy, transparent reporting for company-wide stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other internal teams to harmonize processes, unify data, and align systems across the business.
- Lead new technology and marketing initiatives from concept to live deployment, including evaluation, construction, documentation, and launch phases.
- Maintain system cleanliness and thorough documentation to ensure scalable, transparent marketing operations without creating opaque or convoluted setups.
- Simultaneously manage various active projects, ensuring attention to detail and consistent quality without losing momentum.
- Develop and advocate best practices for marketing operations, setting the organizational standard for systems, procedures, and team workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional systems thinker with the ability to intuitively map and understand the interconnections within tool ecosystems, enabling swift troubleshooting.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated individual who independently transforms preliminary concepts into concrete solutions.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguous situations by introducing structured approaches and maintaining project momentum.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to thoroughness and accuracy.
- Efficient multitasker who can concurrently manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
- Effective and credible communicator trusted by cross-functional stakeholder groups.
Qualifications and Experience
- Three to five years of practical experience in revenue operations or marketing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficient hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Pardot.
- Familiarity with sales engagement and pipeline management tools including Outreach, Warmly, or Qualified is a significant advantage.
- Experience with design tools like Figma or equivalents is beneficial.
- Proven ability to systematically map, document, and clarify complex marketing technology stacks, with added value if personally responsible for constructing such documentation from the ground up.
Benefits
- Competitive salary complemented by incentive programs and equity ownership opportunities.
- Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and prospects for professional growth.
- Remote-first work culture enabling flexible location choices.
- Participation in a global, mission-oriented team environment.
- Learning opportunities from acclaimed leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales industries.
- Engagement with challenging projects within a rapidly expanding sector.
- Unlimited Flexible Time Off policy along with observance of all major holidays.
