Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Management

Role Overview

The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) serves as the primary liaison between the IT department and other business units. This role requires a deep understanding of all business processes to provide strategic technical guidance, aiming to optimize return on investment from IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend organizational business processes to align IT solutions and enhance ROI.
• Identify and alleviate obstacles between business units and IT functions effectively.
• Support project prioritization by collaborating with business teams and ensuring alignment with IT strategy focused on delivering maximum value.
• Oversee budget management, resource distribution, and project prioritization within IT projects.
• Act as the voice of the technology teams during executive meetings, presenting progress updates, challenges faced, and strategic opportunities that arise.

Experience and Skills Required

• More than 10 years of experience in managing stakeholders, business development, or software engineering.
• Proven track record in establishing and nurturing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, partners, and external community entities.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with exceptional communication skills, suitable for motivating and guiding high-performing teams.
