Role Overview

The position of Senior Manager, Insights demands a strategic and pragmatic leader responsible for converting intricate scientific data, behavior analytics, and market trends into coherent insights and actionable plans tailored for clients. The role necessitates exceptional strategic decision-making skills paired with hands-on leadership throughout execution phases.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop insights independently from both qualitative and quantitative data sources.
• Interpret and simplify complex scientific knowledge and market variations into decisive points of view and strategic recommendations.
• Work confidently across a wide array of therapeutic areas and types of drug modalities.
• Take full ownership of deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure follow-through from strategy formulation to client presentation.
• Create and polish client-ready presentations and materials personally.
• Quickly incorporate feedback and iterate materials as needed.
• Uphold superior quality, clarity, and refinement standards for all outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders from various functions.
• Act as a bridge translating client goals, scientific context, and operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Background preferably in strategy, market insights, medical communications, consulting, or agency environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical external communications targeting healthcare professionals, patients, or advocacy groups.
• Strong scientific understanding including knowledge of disease states, mechanism of action, and clinical data interpretation.
• Proven ability to synthesize diverse information into clear, concise presentations.
• Demonstrated success in managing both strategic planning and the execution phases effectively.
