Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is posted for a partner employer that handles all applications and subsequent hiring steps. The hiring company is seeking a Senior Manager, Influencer and Partnerships in the United States.
This is a senior, high-impact marketing leadership position with two main priorities: advancing influencer marketing and building a brand partnerships engine for a rapidly growing wellness brand. The role is responsible for taking influencer programs to the next level while establishing a scalable partnerships capability from the ground up, with the goal of strengthening cultural relevance and brand visibility across multiple channels.
You will oversee both organic and paid creator initiatives, along with full-cycle brand collaborations with aligned lifestyle, wellness, and media partners. Success in this role depends on strategic planning, strong execution, and the ability to build trusted relationships within the creator economy. You will work closely with internal teams across marketing, social, and brand functions to deliver integrated campaigns with strong performance. The environment is fast-moving, creative, mission-led, and ideal for someone who enjoys building structure in new areas and creating measurable impact through storytelling.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the full influencer marketing strategy, covering organic gifting or seeding, seasonal activations, paid creator programs, and always-on initiatives that support brand and social goals.
- Manage influencer partnerships from start to finish, including identifying creators, negotiating terms, preparing contracts, writing briefs, running campaigns, and reporting on results.
- Partner with internal marketing, brand, and social stakeholders to make sure creator work is embedded into broader 360-degree campaigns and reinforces the overall brand narrative.
- Create, launch, and grow the partnerships function by designing the frameworks, workflows, and pipelines needed to source and activate strategic collaborations.
- Develop co-marketing relationships with wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and media brands, owning execution from outreach and alignment through measurement and reporting.
- Manage budgets for influencer and partnership programs, with an emphasis on efficient spend and return on investment.
- Define KPIs, reporting systems, and performance analysis methods to track impact, improve future strategy, and share outcomes with leadership.
What the employer is looking for
- At least 5 to 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or integrated marketing, preferably in CPG, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle sectors.
- A demonstrated history of building and scaling influencer programs across both organic and paid formats.
- Practical experience handling brand partnerships end to end, including opportunity sourcing, agreement negotiation, and campaign delivery.
- Strong knowledge of the creator economy, social platforms, and what drives content performance.
- Experience creating or launching new partnership programs in fast-paced environments with limited structure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills with both internal teams and outside partners.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing several active programs with clear business outcomes.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 140,000.
- Eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.
- Health, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) retirement savings plan.
- Paid time off plus company holidays.
- Short-term and long-term disability insurance.
- Life insurance and AD&D coverage.
- Paid caregiver leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
- The chance to help build and scale a high-growth wellness brand with a strong purpose.
