Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is for a partner company, which will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The hiring team is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Operational Excellence in Ireland.
This is a senior strategic leadership position focused on the intersection of operations, systems, and AI-led transformation. The role is about rethinking how a global Go-To-Market organization works at scale, replacing fragmented processes with durable systems that remove friction at the source and support efficient, data-backed execution. You will work closely with senior leaders across RevOps, Systems, Product, Data, Enablement, and Finance to strengthen the operational foundation of a rapidly expanding, globally distributed business.
The position also centers on building AI-enabled ways of working, where automation manages transactional tasks and your team concentrates on higher-value problem solving and enterprise-wide transformation. The work will have direct impact on revenue efficiency, operational quality, and long-term scalability. It is a highly visible role for someone who can lead through ambiguity, align cross-functional stakeholders, and create operating systems that work across geographies.
Core responsibilities
- Create and own the multi-quarter roadmap for Go-To-Market Operational Excellence, making sure operational priorities support broader growth and revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and grow a strong operations team focused on uncovering structural inefficiencies and delivering lasting improvements.
- Work in close partnership with executive stakeholders across GTM, RevOps, Systems, Data, Product, and Finance to keep priorities aligned and execution coordinated.
- Architect and manage AI-enabled operating systems, including automation flows, AI support layers, and knowledge-management structures.
- Investigate complex operational issues at the root cause and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with engineering and systems teams.
- Own enterprise change-management practices to ensure new processes and tools are adopted successfully across global teams.
- Set and track operational KPIs such as cost-to-serve, ticket deflection, MTTR, adoption speed, and process efficiency.
- Run post-incident reviews and convert operational breakdowns into system improvements and preventive infrastructure changes.
Requirements
- Significant background in BizOps, RevOps, Strategy & Operations, or a comparable function within a fast-scaling SaaS or technology company.
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling operations or RevOps teams, with at least 2 to 3+ years in people leadership.
- Strong history of developing and improving GTM systems, processes, and operating frameworks in both growth-stage and enterprise settings.
- Practical knowledge of complex GTM tooling, including Salesforce, CPQ solutions, routing systems, and compensation platforms.
- Solid grasp of AI, automation, and data-driven workflows, with hands-on use of AI tools to solve operational problems.
- Excellent executive communication skills and the ability to turn complex operational issues into clear strategic stories.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while taking full ownership of global outcomes.
- Prior experience in globally distributed, asynchronous organizations is considered a strong advantage.
Benefits and perks
- Completely remote global setup with the flexibility to work from almost anywhere.
- Competitive compensation paid in USD and aligned to experience and market standards.
- Stock options for participation in the company’s long-term success.
- Flexible paid time off and an asynchronous work culture that supports work-life balance.
- 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
- Support for home office setup and IT equipment.
- Learning and development budget to support ongoing growth.
- Mental health and well-being support services.
- Allowance for co-working spaces or local in-person team activities.
- Opportunity to help shape AI-driven operational change at a global level.
Data privacy and hiring process
Applications are reviewed through an AI-supported matching process designed to assess candidates fairly and quickly against the role’s core requirements. Shortlisted profiles are shared with the hiring company, and the employer’s internal team manages interviews, assessments, and final decisions.
By submitting an application, candidates acknowledge that personal data will be processed for evaluation and shared with the hiring employer under legitimate interest and pre-contractual measures, in line with applicable data protection laws including GDPR. Applicants may exercise their rights to access, rectify, erase, or object at any time.

These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people.
