About the Role
The Senior Manager of Energy, Culture and Collaborations at PUMA will lead the full-cycle management of partnership relationships and cross-unit collaborations, playing a pivotal role in shaping the seasonal collaboration lineup. This role requires driving brand-aligned and culturally relevant collaborations across global business units while influencing key stakeholders throughout the organization. The position includes domestic and international travel to engage with collaboration partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end relationship management with assigned collaboration partners.
- Drive collaborations across multiple business units and act as an internal expert on collaboration initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Lead and regional teams to develop the seasonal collaboration roster consistent with brand strategy and franchise goals.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Product, Go-To-Market, and Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of collaborations.
- Maintain and grow networks with cultural icons, designers, brands, and strategic partners to discover future collaboration prospects.
- Support the Global Lead for Energy, Culture and Collaborations in executing the global strategy.
- Promote excellence in collaboration efforts by innovating how PUMA engages with sport, fashion, and culture sectors.
- Travel domestically and internationally to meet partners and work alongside internal teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 6 years experience in brand marketing, partnerships, collaborations, or similar marketing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of global youth culture, fashion trends, and marketplace dynamics.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional teams in global, regional, and local contexts.
- Strong commercial understanding to balance brand image with business goals.
- Exceptional research and information gathering abilities.
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a strategic/problem-solving approach.
- Ability to initiate projects aligning with PUMA’s business strategies.
- Effective presentation skills with influence over both internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for the role.
