Role overview

Resorts World Sentosa is hiring a Senior Manager for its Digital Marketing – Social Media function within the Resort Marketing team. In this position, you will support the Assistant Director in shaping and delivering social media and creator-led marketing plans that strengthen brand visibility, boost audience interaction, and contribute to commercial goals across attractions, events, and properties.

The role calls for a blend of strategic thinking, practical content experience, campaign leadership, and strong analytical ability. You should be well-versed in the social media landscape, creator partnerships, and current digital trends, and be able to collaborate across teams to keep marketing activity aligned.

Strategic leadership and digital ownership

You will guide the long-range social and creator strategy for the resort, ensuring it supports brand direction, business priorities, and wider marketing objectives. The role also involves advising business units and senior leaders on how social channels and creator collaborations can help expand reach, relevance, and brand preference.

Content planning and creative direction

You will oversee the social content roadmap across major platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This includes directing internal and external creative partners to deliver engaging assets such as short-form video, AV materials, still imagery, and campaign content that reflect the brand’s storytelling and commercial focus. You are expected to encourage native platform creativity, testing, and new content approaches.

Creator and influencer management

You will design and run a strong creator strategy that supports always-on activity, campaign partnerships, and experience-based collaborations. This includes setting up processes for identifying, assessing, onboarding, briefing, contracting, managing relationships, and measuring results. You will also build durable partnerships with creators and agencies to support ongoing advocacy for the resort’s attractions, events, and destination experiences, while ensuring governance, compliance, and brand consistency in creator-produced content.

Campaign execution and optimisation

You will lead integrated social campaign planning and delivery across paid, owned, and earned channels. The position requires you to use audience insights, content performance data, segmentation, and platform analytics to improve campaign outcomes. You will also oversee reporting and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Innovation, engagement, and community management

You will identify opportunities to tell stories through social media, spark fan engagement, and develop experiential digital content that elevates the brand. The role also includes shaping community engagement practices, ensuring responses are timely, on-brand, and effective in handling sensitive or negative interactions.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline is required. Candidates should bring at least 8 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and/or creator or influencer management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Skills and experience

You should have a proven record of leading large-scale social and creator programmes for consumer-facing brands. A strong grasp of digital audience behaviour, content trends, platform mechanics, and creator ecosystem dynamics is important. Experience in tourism, lifestyle, entertainment, hospitality, or destination marketing will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate will also bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, along with a highly analytical mindset and the ability to turn performance data into strategic insights. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. A strong creative eye and hands-on exposure to design or production will be a plus, as will adaptability and confidence in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
