This opportunity is offered through a partner company located in Germany seeking an experienced Senior Manager specializing in brand, social media, and creator engagement. The role aims to craft compelling brand narratives and foster meaningful interactions across European audiences via impactful social strategies and creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and customize regional social and creator initiatives by translating global brand guidelines into engaging campaigns and partnerships specific to European markets.
• Manage all daily interactions with creators and influencers including identification, outreach, briefing, coordination, contract facilitation, and tracking performance.
• Develop and oversee social media content on platforms like X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and LinkedIn, ensuring brand consistency and alignment.
• Plan content strategies that blend evergreen brand stories with timely cultural trends and community-driven opportunities.
• Support and collaborate on brand campaigns with marketing, legal, compliance, and regional teams for effectiveness and local relevance.
• Supervise workflows involving junior colleagues, freelancers, or external agencies ensuring prompt and high-quality execution.
• Monitor social media engagement, creator effectiveness, and campaign results, utilizing analytical insights to refine strategies.
• Establish genuine connections with online communities and creators while remaining up-to-date on emerging digital trends and platforms.
• Contribute to interactive initiatives such as livestreams and community events to deepen brand-audience relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, social or influencer marketing within dynamic sectors like crypto, fintech, tech, or related fast-paced environments.
• In-depth familiarity with Europe’s social media and creator markets, understanding regional audience preferences and platform-specific behaviors.
• Demonstrated success managing creator partnerships from inception through delivery, reporting, and optimization.
• Practical skills in boosting brand visibility across major social channels and crafting engaging content strategies.
• Excellent communication abilities adaptable to varied audience demographics and languages.
• Strong project management aptitude for handling multiple concurrent initiatives and diverse stakeholders.
• Creative flair combined with cultural sensitivity and a keen eye for tone, storytelling, and visual branding.
• Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics to assess campaign performance and inform decisions.
• Knowledge of crypto, Web3, digital assets, and online communities is highly desirable.
• Self-driven, curious, adaptable with a proven track record of independently leading projects from concept to finish.
• Additional experience with livestreaming, event coordination, photography, video editing, or content production is advantageous.
• Multilingual capabilities in prominent European languages and an established network of creators can be beneficial.
