- Oversee brand identity and standards including verbal and visual expressions, maintain guidelines, and ensure adherence by internal teams and partners.
- Implement a consistent approach to measure brand visibility and perception internationally.
- Evaluate and benchmark our brand’s position versus competitors, reporting on share of voice, sentiment, message effectiveness, and media quality regularly, converting findings into actionable recommendations.
- Preserve brand consistency and governance by reviewing external materials and resolving discrepancies across teams and locations.
Public Relations Responsibilities
- Manage activities of PR agencies across multiple regions, setting priorities, briefing on strategic narratives, and ensuring accountability to KPIs.
- Create and oversee a comprehensive communications calendar providing transparent visibility into significant stories, product launches, and campaigns to maintain strategic momentum.
- Collaborate with agencies to produce press releases, media pitches, opinion pieces, and award entries, while preparing company spokespeople with talking points.

- Monitor news and social media for relevant developments, identify angles, and communicate these to PR partners.
Success Metrics
- Consistent execution of a single, cohesive brand narrative and visual identity worldwide.
- Recognition of our category narrative and viewpoints as distinctly associated with Acceldata, gaining traction in media, analyst circles, and amongst competitors.
- Measured increases in share of voice and positive sentiment compared to competitors.
- A steady stream of well-orchestrated, high-quality earned media in strategic markets.
- Comprehensive understanding and adherence to brand standards internally and among external agencies.
Qualifications
