- Develop and refine athlete performance frameworks and service models, combining applied sport science methods with external performance partnerships to provide meaningful support.
- Turn real athlete challenges into practical performance insights that guide elite-focused product innovation, testing, and validation work.

Requirements

- Strong professional standing as an applied practitioner capable of working in complex, high-pressure, real-world performance settings.
- Proven ability to build and deliver performance systems, servicing models, and support infrastructure across both fixed and mobile athlete environments.
- Ability to interpret performance data, direct observation, and athlete experience and convert them into actionable insights and solutions.
- Experience coordinating with external performance partners and specialist service providers.
Must-haves
- Take personal responsibility and recognize choice in every moment.
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and keep innovating to deliver strong outcomes.
- Communicate honestly and kindly while creating space for others to do the same.
