Job description
Role overview
Korn Ferry is hiring a Senior Management Consultant in People Advisory to help clients address major workforce and organisation challenges. This opportunity can be based anywhere in Germany, but the appointment will be tied contractually to the company’s office rather than set up as a remote contract.
The role sits at the crossroads of reward strategy, organisation design, operating model transformation and talent strategy. It is suited to experienced consultants who enjoy solving complex people and business problems and want to influence how organisations evolve in a period shaped by AI, pay transparency and changing employee expectations.
Key work areas
- Create total rewards and pay transparency approaches that support attraction, retention and fairness.
- Design organisation structures and operating models that enable growth and change.
- Build career architecture, skills frameworks and talent strategies aligned with future business needs.
- Advise clients on workforce effectiveness, organisational performance and employee value propositions.
- Guide organisations through changing regulations, new workforce expectations and emerging ways of working.
- Lead complex, high-visibility consulting assignments across Europe and in other regions.
What makes this role stand out
This position goes beyond a pure rewards focus. It offers exposure to the wider agenda of organisational and workforce strategy, combining data, insight and consulting expertise to help clients answer questions such as how to structure for the future, how to retain critical talent, how to build fair and sustainable reward systems, and how to align workforce design with business growth.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate brings a curious, commercially aware mindset and the ability to connect broader organisational issues into practical client solutions. Experience may come from management consulting, HR consulting, organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation or reward advisory work.
