• Bring communication, coaching, facilitation, and education skills into a new setting.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant has at least 5 years of professional experience in education, training, learning and development, coaching, consulting, leadership, or talent development. The role is designed for people who enjoy mentoring others, facilitating learning, and supporting personal growth, and who are open to moving away from a conventional education or corporate career path.

Success in this opportunity also depends on being comfortable with autonomy, flexible work arrangements, and performance-linked income. Strong relationship-building and communication skills are important.

Eligibility

Applicants must have full working rights and live in one of the following countries: the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand. Visa sponsorship is not available.
